We offer KlaRCash on two main Android POS platforms:

The Sunmi D3 Pro which has a large 15.6″ screen whilst maintaining a slim profile and compact footprint. This option suits venues with larger product menus or simply those that appreciate the ability to view more content on the screen with less navigation.

The Sunmi D3 mini is a smaller 10.1″ POS terminal with an integrated 80mm thermal printer. With in-built wi-fi connectivity this terminal is ideal for those who want the flexibility to move their POS terminal periodically. Such applications may include mobile catering vans/trailers. The Sunmi D3 Mini also proves popular with small cafes and shops where counter space is needed.

In addition to these main POS terminals, there is an excellent handheld app to extend the point of sale application to mobile waiter/waitress pads. We install these on various devices including Sunmi commercial grade handhelds.

The system links to an online cloud reporting suite. From here, authorised users can oversee sales figures for the day, week or other periods of time.

The suite is complemented by the ability to add, edit or remove POS products from the cloud. As well as adding convenience to the management operation, the EPOS terminals do not need to be tied up while such changes are being made.

One of the unfortunate trends with many EPOS providers these days is to levy punitive charges unless you agree to use their preferred card payments schemes.

With KlaRCash supplied by RSS there are multiple options when it comes to card integration. We work with various merchant services providers to obtain competitive rates for your business. We don’t levy any unfair charges based on the provider you choose!

Scanning

KlaRCash works with barcode scanners and the software facilitates multiple barcodes per product, reducing the need to create multiple entries for seasonal or promotional packaging

If your products vary in price (such as those priced on weight), KlaRCash can scan these types of embedded barcodes per product:

Embedded barcodes

• • Price-EAN:
    The barcode contains the final price, which is instantly registered at checkout.

• • Weight-EAN:
    The barcode encodes the item’s weight, which is then multiplied by the stored unit price to calculate the total.

Shelf Labels

Print shelf edge labels from the cloud. Whenever you create new products or change prices, labels are automatically queued for printing.

Compliance checks

KlaRCash includes built-in safeguards for age-restricted items like alcohol, tobacco, and lottery products. When such items are scanned, the system automatically prompts the operator to verify ID—ensuring legal compliance without slowing down the transaction.
