We implemented the RS Accounts System at both Head Office and Store Level and it has worked very successfully in both areas since its introduction. The feedback we receive from the end users within the pharmacies is consistently positive. From the very beginning of our partnership, the Retail Solutions team linked in seamlessly and effectively with our own IT department. Retail Solutions provided an excellent service right through from pre-purchase to working with our IT colleagues on the initial installation and most importantly, to the roll out of all installations in our members pharmacies. This, along with an excellent level of support and training, made the whole process stress-free which is vital in the fast paced environment we work in.
